Terms of Service

Qyven Stores is a retail business operating online and from The Bazaar, 3rd Floor, Shop C1C, Nairobi CBD. Payments are received via M-Pesa Buy Goods till 3019629 (Insightgate Enterprise).

All prices are in Kenyan Shillings and include applicable taxes. Stock levels change quickly; if an item sells out after you order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or a full refund.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The order is accepted once we confirm it by message or call. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, the price was clearly listed in error, or we cannot verify the payment or delivery details.

You may pay now via M-Pesa Buy Goods or choose pay on delivery where offered. Pay-now orders are dispatched once the M-Pesa confirmation code you supplied is matched to a received payment. Never send payment to any till or number other than the one shown at checkout.

Promo codes apply only above their stated minimum order value, one code per order, and cannot be exchanged for cash. We may withdraw a code at any time.

Delivery timelines and the 7-day return process are set out in our Delivery & Returns policy, which forms part of these terms.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Kenyan consumer law.
