Privacy Policy

• Your name, email, phone number, town and country when you place an order.
• Order details: items, amounts, discount code used and payment method.
• Anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and items added to cart.

We never collect or store your M-Pesa PIN, and we do not store card numbers.

• To process, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and receipts.
• To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• To understand which products and pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our delivery couriers (name, phone, address) and our payment and hosting providers. They may only use the data to perform that service.

If you accept advertising cookies, your website activity is also shared with Meta Platforms Inc. (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Pixel. If you choose Necessary Only, no data is shared with Meta.

With your acceptance, the Meta Pixel on this site sends Meta the pages you view, the products you look at, items added to cart, checkout starts, and the amount of a completed order, together with your browser and device details and the page you came from. Meta uses it for two purposes: measurement (reporting how our shop and our ads perform) and advertising (showing and optimising our ads on Facebook and Instagram, including to people who visited this site).

We do not send Meta your name, email, phone number or address from this site, and your M-Pesa PIN is never collected by anything on this page.

Advertising cookies are off by default and only load after you choose Accept All in our cookie banner. To withdraw, open Cookie settings in the footer of any page and choose Necessary Only — the change applies at once to every tab you have open, and no further data is sent to Meta from that point. Your earlier choice is remembered in this browser only.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Anonymous usage statistics are kept indefinitely because they cannot identify you.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email contact@qyvenstores.com and we will respond within 7 days.

Our site is served over HTTPS, admin access is restricted to authorised staff accounts, and customer records can only be retrieved with a matching order number and email address.
