Privacy Policy

• Your name, email, phone number, town and country when you place an order.
• Order details: items, amounts, discount code used and payment method.
• The M-Pesa confirmation code you enter, used only to match your payment.
• Anonymous usage statistics such as pages viewed and items added to cart.

We never collect or store your M-Pesa PIN, and we do not store card numbers.

• To process, pack, deliver and support your order.
• To send order confirmations, delivery updates and receipts.
• To handle returns, refunds and warranty claims.
• To understand which products and pages are useful, in aggregate.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing messages you did not ask for.

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our delivery couriers (name, phone, address) and our payment and hosting providers. They may only use the data to perform that service.

Order records are kept for as long as required for accounting and warranty purposes. Anonymous usage statistics are kept indefinitely because they cannot identify you.

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. Email hello@qyvenstores.co.ke and we will respond within 7 days.

Our site is served over HTTPS, admin access is restricted to authorised staff accounts, and customer records can only be retrieved with a matching order number and email address.
