How long does delivery take?

Orders within Nairobi placed before 2pm are delivered the same day. Countrywide delivery takes 1–3 working days via our courier partners.

Yes. You have 7 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a refund or exchange.

All electronics come with a minimum 12-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. Watches carry a 2-year warranty.

Delivery is free on all orders above Ksh 5,000. Below that, a flat fee of Ksh 300 applies within Nairobi.
